Meet Drew Crowley, the Lead Machinist/Programmer at ISC. A native of the DFW area, Drew attended Burleson High School. Like many, he started building his family early in life, which led him to seek out stable employment shortly after school. He found a machine shop willing to take a chance on a young, budding father-to-be with a thirst for knowledge and a drive to succeed. It was here that he discovered his passion for machining.
With a little over a year at ISC, Drew has rapidly ascended from machinist to Lead Machinist, adding programming skills to his repertoire along the way. His journey was shaped by his formative years growing up in a single-parent household, where he learned the value of hard work and patient parenting by watching his mother tirelessly support him and his mischievous siblings. His childhood charm remains to this day, adding a spark of fun for him and his team on a daily basis.
Today, Drew is a father to two wonderful children who keep him on his toes. With both kids engaged in sports, Drew finds joy in coaching his son’s baseball team. A true outdoorsman at heart, he loves hunting, fishing, and simply enjoying the company of his kids, friends and family.
What does Drew love most about ISC? It’s the people he works with. He loves the camaraderie and family type atmosphere in the shop. He firmly believes that ISC’s future is bright and attributes this to the organization’s ability to place the right people in the right positions.
We’re proud and thankful to have Drew as a valuable member of our ISC family.
