Born in Santa Fe de Bogota, Colombia, Humberto’s journey took him to Venezuela, where he grew up. After making his way to the United States, he pursued and received a degree in Accounting at Southwestern Adventist University in Keene, TX.
Humberto is a true family man, with five brothers and sisters. His father’s missionary work in Colombia and Venezuela left a lasting impression on him.
When he’s not working at ISC, Humberto enjoys the great outdoors. Camping, swimming, and cycling are his passions, and he never says no to an adventure.
Humberto’s journey at ISC began as a driver, and he’s still a valued member of the team in this position he still loves today. He goes above and beyond, lending a hand in any department whenever it’s needed. Thanks to his willingness to help and learn, he has knowledge of many things and departments here at ISC.
But what sets Humberto apart is his kindness and huge heart. You’ll always find him with a smile on his face. He genuinely loves ISC, and everyone here. His team members love and adore him right back. It’s been often playfully said that “if you don’t like Humberto, you might have some underlying concerns.”
In his own words, “Every day is a new challenge. I use each day and its moments to learn and share experiences with my coworkers. This helps me become a better person and worker, and helps me do a better job. If we all chip in and do our best each day, I believe ISC will be the #1 manufacturer.”
