Meet Jacob Thompson, a native of Fort Worth, Texas, whose work ethic was instilled in him from a young age. He spent much of his childhood immersed in the exhilarating world of baseball and motocross racing, a testament to his adventurous nature. Today, he channels that energy into his personal life, cherishing time spent with his wife, their two children, and a close-knit circle of friends and family, still sprinkling in some of that bold nature here and there!
Two years ago, Jacob joined our team at ISC in the Flight Forming Department. His dedication and commitment have seen him rise to the position of Lead in both the Flight Forming and Plasma Departments. Jacob says his passion for ISC is driven by the positive work environment, a testament to our commitment to fostering strong relationships among our team members.
