Born in the beautiful San Luis Potosi, Mexico, at the Martinez Ranch, Reinaldo’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. With a primary school education, he embarked on a life of hard work from an early age, contributing to the family farm. Raised by his loving grandparents, he carries their values of resilience and dedication in everything he does. Reinaldo finds solace in long, scenic drives to clear his mind and unwind.
Over two years ago, Reinaldo joined ISC Manufacturing as a clean-up crew member in the screw department. His journey within our company is a testament to his unwavering commitment and dedication. Today, he shines as our talented product refinisher, with a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years in the manufacturing industry.
Reinaldo often says that the best part of working at ISC is the people he’s surrounded by, and we couldn’t agree more! It’s this sense of camaraderie that makes our workplace feel like a second home. Reinaldo’s optimism is infectious; he foresees our company’s growth on the horizon, and we’re excited to have him on board as we take these exciting steps together.
