ISC Bucket Elevators are available in a wide variety of options and configurations to fit your company’s specific bulk material handling needs. A bucket elevator is one of the most efficient ways to elevate materials vertically. Heavy duty centrifugal and continuous discharge elevator designs are available in chain or belt drive.
Our typical capacity range is from 280 to 15,000 cu ft./hour for industrial environments with elevator heights up to 100 feet. Please feel free to give us a call if your application requires a different height, capacity or custom fabrication. We offer all the components you need for a complete system including: Belt & screw conveyors, hoppers & bins, stairs & ladders, service platforms, hand rails and so much more!
ISC Manufacturing stands behind their craftsmanship with an industry leading 3-year warranty and on-time delivery guarantee.
Continuous Discharge Bucket Elevators are designed to handle various types of materials ranging from light to heavy and from fines to large lumps. Buckets are spaced continuously and loaded by direct feeding or being scooped from the boot. As buckets discharge, the material flows over the preceding bucket which is designed to form a chute to the discharge spout, minimizing product loss due to their close spacing.
This bucket elevator is the most frequently used of the continuous discharge bucket design. The head shafts are fixed and the foot shaft take-ups are of the screw type. Steel buckets are spaced continuously on a single strand of chain and material is fed through a loading leg. Casings are steel with angle supports and can be weather resistant. Gravity take-ups are also available for this model.
Elevators of this type are used for the handling of fine or crushed materials with lumps not exceeding 1/2 inch. These elevators are similar to Type BE 700, except that head shafts are adjustable and foot shafts are fixed, to maintain the relation of buckets to the loading chute and the curved bottom plate. Buckets are loaded by scooping up material from the boot. When modified by the addition of a loading leg and a correspondingly higher inlet spout, this type elevator can also be used for handling lumpy materials.

They are preferred for handling food products, materials which tend to pack or build up in the bottom of the boot, and for materials having a considerable percentage of lumps. Can be configured using chain or belt.
Primarily designed for the cement mill service but is suited for many other abrasive service applications. Their heavy duty design and rugged construction make them suited for handling cement, clinker, crushed stone, bauxite, feldspar, gravel, gypsum, roofing granules, sand, shale, etc. They are available in a full range of sizes extending to very high capacities and lifts, custom built to your specs and material handling needs.
Standard service & rest platforms with ladders and safety cages are available for all bucket elevators. Platforms provide ready access to drives and head terminals for inspection, lubrication, and servicing. Each platform is made to suit your installation. It is supported by the elevator casing and extends around three sides of the elevator. Flooring for the platform may be either steel grating, safety steel plate, or wood. Safety cages are recommended for all ladders. Ladders and cages are made to conform to OSHA safety codes.
Note: OSHA requires rest platforms at intervals, depending on elevator height.
ISC Manufacturing builds the necessary components for a complete system. Service platforms, safety cages, ladders, stairs, handrails, bracing, OSHA required elements and much more!
